Ancestral Retreat for Healing and Wholeness

These retreats are both being held in very special residential venues that will provide a safe container for our time together.

North Wales
The name of retreat centre Noddfa, in Penmaenmawr, Wales actually means retreat and is nestled at the base of a mountain on which sits a sacred stone circle. The grounds have 2 labyrinths, woodland walks and views of the sea.
It is a sacred haven of peace and tranquility.
This place and land hold an energy that facilitates healing, hope and inner peace
Ireland
The retreat centre in Ireland is located in St Mullins, Co. Carlow on the river Barrow. It is near a sacred holy site and borders at least 3 counties Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford
With the Ireland retreat in particular we will connecting deeply with the land and the imprints carried both by the land and the Ancestral lineages.
I feel there is a deep calling from the Ancestors and the land for healing and resolution. There is some very sacred work to be done here
The Retreats
We will dive deeply into connection with the Ancestors with practices that bring resolution, understanding, healing and more.
Retreat content is guided by the participants, their ancestry, what is brought forth from the Ancestral field and what I am guided to include prior to and during the retreat. I always have a prepared framework that enables flow for what comes up or is intuitively and organically guided.
More details on content will be given to participants once the group has formed.
A residential retreat may seem like a luxury and it is because it allows you time and space to integrate and nurture the work and experiences that we will be having. It enables things to fall into place without the jangle of the outer world or the obligations of home life.
Most importantly, you are held, cared for, nurtured and nourished in body and soul while you undertake this vital healing on behalf of your lineage.
Why do Ancestral work?
When we heal the Ancestral Lineage, we heal ourselves and clear the way for our descendants (collective and personal).
When we connect with the Ancestors, we connect with ourselves.
Family connections that are broken in the present become rekindled.
Patterns carried through the generations are cleared no longer manifesting in the present or the future.
Adoptees find their family or are found.
People who never knew parents (or other relatives)who have now passed can connect in a deep and meaningful way.
When we transform our relationships with our ancestors and family ( whether they are alive or have transitioned) we create harmony within ourselves and in our lives.
We also have the opportunity to create bonds and healing with the land and cultures of our ancestors which carry an impact and imprint in us and our lives whether we are conscious of this or not

The retreat facilitation fee is £280 (£250 early bird) There is an additional amount of £270 for 3 nights accommodation and meals (dinner Monday evening through to lunch on Thursday is included) The total payable is £550 (£520 early bird)
Ireland
The retreat facilitation fee is £280 (£250 early bird). There is an additional amount of €365 (£320) for 3 nights accommodation accommodation and meals (dinner Friday evening through to lunch on Sunday is included) The total payable is £600 (£570 early bird)

Ancestral Reconnection and Transformation
3 – 5 October 2025
Reconnecting with your Ancestral lineages can bring a sense of wholeness where the family links are broken through separation, displacement, adoption and trauma. Healing the past brings healing to the present and paves the way for future generations. When we heal and liberate our ancestry we heal and free ourselves and our descendants (whether we have children or not) When we transform our relationships with our ancestors and family ( whether they are alive or have transitioned) we create harmony within ourselves and in our lives.
We also carry the gifts of our blood lines as part of who we are and what we are here to bring to the world. We shall be exploring these gifts and how to use/live them.
This experiential retreat will enable you to:

To augment the ancestral exploration there will be creative practices and song as well as time for integration and reflection
This event does not involve genealogical research. It is an exploration into the ancestral dream field and into the subconscious.
There is important numerology in the dates of the retreat 3-5 October 2025. In my Kabbalistic training, 3 signifies the energy to bring change and 5 signifies transformation. October is the 10th month signifying unity and coming back to self. 2025 itself is a 9 year representing completion.

Our venue is a beautiful, peaceful retreat centre called Anam Cara on the outskirts of Inverness providing a sanctuary to hold us as we dive deep into our reconnection with the Ancestors with fresh homemade food to nourish us.
The retreat facilitation fee is £160. There is an additional amount of £160 for accommodation and meals (dinner Friday evening through to lunch on Sunday is included) The total payable is £320.
To reserve your place the deposit is £80 with the balance payable two weeks prior to the event (19th September).
